• Damage to room equipment and prohibition of release (furniture cannot be moved)
• Valuable items (including cash) stored in the safe or front desk in the room
  (no compensation for lost items not stored)
• No loud noise / No throwing of dirt through windows / No smoking in all rooms
  (penalty imposed when smoking)
• Lost and found: Received/stored at housekeeping,
  checked by customer and sent by courier (c.o.d. charge)
• * The lost and found items are stored for six months in accordance with the Lost and Found Act, discarded, or handed over to the competent police station
